You will receive an Acknowledgement of Products/Services and Partners Enquiry email at your registered email address. We will send your enquiry to the relevant supplier members and ask them to contact you directly.

Through "Trade Offers", a non-stop on-line marketplace where professional buyers and suppliers post their buy or sell offers all-year-round, you can obtain ample business opportunities by posting your offers in the "Trade Offers" section, along with detailed descriptions, at any time.

The "Trade Offers" section is divided into two parts: Offer to Buy and Offer to Sell. "Offer to Buy" is an on-line invitation from a buyer to suppliers to send him/her quotations on what he/she is looking for. "Offer to Sell" is an on-line product sales announcement from a supplier to buyers, inviting them to contact him/her.

The "Offer to Buy" service is available to all users, including both Visitors and Members. If you are not yet a Registered Visitor, you will be given a Registered Visitor account once your buy offer is verified.

The "Offer to Sell" service is for Members only.

To post my buy offers on "Trade Offers":

At the top of the homepage, there is a "Post Offer to Buy" button that directs you to a round-the-clock platform for you to post your buy offers.

• Step 1: Select "Post Offer to Buy"
  • Click on "Post Offer to Buy" at the top of each web page to post your buy offers.

• Step 2: Fill in the offer details and contact information
  • Fill in your buy offer information in detail in the on-line form.
  • Attach any product photos to the on-line form for your target suppliers' reference.
  • Check the boxes for any additional information you may require from your target suppliers.
  • Fill in your contact information. To spare you from spam mails, your email address will not be displayed. You can check the reply messages from suppliers through the on-line communication platform provided by JewelleryNetAsia.com.

• Step 3: Submit your offer
  • You can preview your buy offer before submission. You will receive an email with details of your submitted offer from JewelleryNetAsia.com.
  • Your submitted offer will undergo a verification process and will be posted once verified.
  • If you are not a JewelleryNetAsia.com Registered Visitor, you will be given a Login Name and Password after your offer details are verified.

• Step 4: Check and respond to replies from suppliers
  • Log on to JewelleryNetAsia.com using your Login Name and Password.
  • Click "My Offers" at the top right corner. At "My Offers" you can check your submitted buy offers, and to receive and respond to replies from suppliers. You will find all buy offers and reply messages in "My Offers".

To find Offer to Sell and reply to it:

You can find sell offers from worldwide suppliers at "Offer to Sell" on the homepage of JewelleryNetAsia.com. Read the offer headlines and click on the one whose details you want to view.

Our Registered Visitors and Members can view the supplier's profile and reply to the sell offer simply by keying in their Login Name and Password to log in to their account at JewelleryNetAsia.com.
